This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) informs you of the data processing done by EUROWAYS, S.L. (“Julià”) with respect to users (the “Users”) who visit the website (the “Website”). Juliá values your trust as a User and your privacy, which is why we explain below how your data is processed. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, all the capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Legal Terms.
1.- Who is the Controller for your Data?
The controller of your personal data is EUROWAYS, S.L. with VAT No B-29045895 and registered office at C/ Pablo Iglesias, 84, (08908) L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. When you visit the websites of the Julià Group via the Website, the controller will be specified in the corresponding Privacy Policies of the websites. 2.- What Data does Julià Process?
Personal information (“Data”) is any information about an identified or identifiable individual (the “Data Subject” or “Data Holder”). The Data that Julià processes comes from information that you, as a User, provide when filling in the forms that you will find on the website when browsing through it, when you subscribe to the newsletter or when you send your questions or information requests.
On each form, Julià specifies the contact details that it needs in order to process your question or request with an asterisk . Fields that are not marked as mandatory with an asterisk will be entirely optional. Only the data needed for each purpose is collected. Keep in mind that if you do not provide the required information, Julià may not be able to attend to your question or request or manage the processing.
Please note that as a User, it is your responsibility to provide truthful Data and keep it up to date. 3.- Why does Julià Process your Data?
Julià will process your Data for the following purposes:
- Newsletter Subscription. If you wish to receive news of interest about Juliá, its programmes or promotional offers, Julià will process your Contact Details so that it can send these communications to the email provided through the form.
- Contact. If you contact Julià through the channels provided for this purpose, by email or any other means made available by it, Julià will process the contact details and other data you provide in order to properly handle your questions or requests. It may also process your Data to send you communications that may be of interest to you, if you consented to it.
- Browsing the Website. By using cookies and other technologies, Julià can statistically measure and analyse traffic to its Website, its usability and your user experience on it. 4.- What is the Legal Basis for processing your Data?

The legal basis for processing your Data for contacting Julià or sending you commercial communications when you subscribe to the newsletter is the consent you gave when filling in the relevant forms. In some cases, the processing of your Data when you contact Julià may be covered by pre-contractual measures, if they are necessary to deal with the query.

5.- How long do we store your Data?
Your Data will be stored for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and specifically:
- In relation to the sending of communications, your Data will be processed until you revoke your consent, object to the processing and/or request the deletion of your Data, up to a maximum of two years.
- With regard to the Data you provide to Julià to make enquiries or get in touch, the Data will be processed as long as necessary to respond to your query or request, and, where applicable, for the time necessary to handle any potential claims or enquiries from you.
- With regard to the web browsing data, until you revoke your consent, and for a maximum of 14 months. In any case, the information on traffic to the Website is deleted periodically, such that Julià will only keep anonymised (without identifying users) statistical data on its use.
Once the Data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, it will remain blocked for the sole purpose of dealing with any liability or obligations that may arise from its processing.
6.- Who will your Data be given to?
Your Data may be disclosed to providers of services that help Julià carry out its activity, such as software providers, technical support services, payment providers, marketing tool providers, etc. Likewise, with your consent, the Data may be transferred to different companies of the Juliá Group for commercial purposes, and for internal administrative purposes based on Juliá’s legitimate interest.
Some of the providers mentioned may have processing and/or support centres located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Julià guarantees that if your Data is sent outside the EEA, it will be subject to the same level of protection, in compliance with the provisions of the European data protection regulation. 7.- Registering and following Corporate Social Media Accounts
In the case of profiles that Julià maintains on the various social networks linked from the website, for example, through plugins or third-party applications, your Data may be processed under the privacy policies of the owners of these social networks.
The use of these connectors is voluntary. If you choose to use them, you will be authorising the disclosure of your personal Data (IP address, browsing data) to the aforementioned social networks, and Julià will not be responsible for how said networks may process your Data. Julià recommends that you view the terms and conditions of use of these platforms before you interact with Julià’s profiles on these social networks.

8.- Security Measures
Julià is particularly concerned about ensuring the security of your Personal Data. Your Data is stored on Julià’s computer systems, which feature security, technical and organisational measures to prevent any loss or unauthorised use by third parties; for example, Julià’s websites use https data encryption protocols.
9.- What are your Rights?
As the owner of your Data, you can request confirmation of whether your Data is being processed and, if so, access said Data. You can also request to correct inaccurate Data or, if applicable, request that it be deleted when, among other reasons, the Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you can request to limit the processing of your Data, in which case it will only be kept for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

Finally, Julià reminds you that you have the right to file a claim with the competent data protection authority (in Spain, www.aepd.es) if you are aware of or believe that an event has occurred that is in violation of the applicable data protection regulations.
